We collect only what is needed to schedule and perform work: the name and contact details you provide when enquiring, aircraft registration and type, location and access details, and records of the services performed.
Information is used to respond to enquiries, coordinate crew and access, document completed work, and maintain service history. We do not sell, rent or trade client information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Client identities, aircraft details and photography remain confidential. Nothing is published or shared without written permission. Information is disclosed to third parties only where required by law, or to an FBO or facility strictly as needed to obtain ramp or hangar access.
Records are retained only as long as needed for service history, warranty and legal obligations, and are stored with access limited to personnel who require it.
You may request a copy, correction or deletion of the information we hold about you at any time by writing to concierge@nuvoren.com.
